Is there a free trial?
Yes — your subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can try unlimited message generation before you're charged. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be billed.
How do I subscribe, and how much is it?
You can subscribe from inside the app for unlimited messages (about $6.99/month — the exact price is shown in your local currency at checkout). Billing is handled through your App Store or Google Play account.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
iPhone / iPad: open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Candor, then manage or cancel.
Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose Candor, then manage or cancel.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
I paid but don't have unlimited access.
Open the app and tap "Restore Purchases" on the upgrade screen. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and let us know which store you purchased from.
Is my information private?
Yes. You don't need an account, and your history stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on how messages are generated.
How are the messages created?
Candor uses AI to turn the situation you describe into three options — Warm, Direct, and Firm. They're a starting point: read them over and edit anything before you send.
How do I delete my data?
Clear your history in the app's Settings, or uninstall the app, to remove everything stored on your device.
Something isn't working.
If a generation fails, check your internet connection and try again. If the problem continues, email [email protected] and tell us your device and what happened.
